Recruitment Campaign

Our client was looking to recruit candidates for a specialized law position atypical for the area. Unhappy with the results from headhunters, they turned to us for a non-traditional approach.

We played up the firm’s competitive advantage of a desirable work/life balance by emphasizing the potential candidate’s plight: the cutthroat work climate at their current (large and impersonal) firm. Using dinosaurs as a metaphor for Big Law, we broke up the monotony of the LinkedIn feed by bringing to life arresting imagery from prehistoric times. These videos did not include audio as they were used in a LinkedIn Video campaign.
